The Speech, Language and Literacy Lab of Hanover provides therapeutic intervention and enrichment services in the areas of speech, language and literacy. Our team specializes in the use of a structured linguistic literacy approach to treat a range of literacy disorders including Dyslexia.

Our team of Speech Language Pathologists are medical providers who provide a “soup to nuts” approach as we are certified to evaluate, diagnose AND treat Speech and Language Disorders including Dyslexia and Developmental Language Disorder (DLD).

Members of our team specialize in using a Speech to Print methodology to treat reading and spelling weaknesses and disorders. Using methods and materials provided in programs such as LiPS® ,Telian/Lively Letters™SPELL-Links™, Reading Simplied™, Sounds-Write and more, we are able to leverage the brain’s innate knowledge of the sound system and apply these skills to the deciphering and using the printed code

Our Literacy Screening services are a popular service and provide families with comprehensive data and/or progress monitoring to compare across ages and stages.

We participate as part of school based TEAMS and provide consultations to families and schools in need of support in navigating the Special Education Process.

We provide support to a range of families across a variety of educational settings including home schools, private schools, public schools, early learning centers and daycares.

The Speech, Language and Literacy Lab of Hanover also provides contract services to schools seeking to fill short term contracts at their location.
